Unless I can find a way to read 11 books in the next 19 days, I’m going to fail on my annual reading goal for 2016. That’ll make two years in a row. Not pleased by that.
On the other hand, it’s 11 books in 19 days. A book every 1.72 days. Maybe if I can find a way to slow down time for everyone but me, I guess. Or find a LOT of short books.
Whatever.
There’s always next year.
And it’s not like I’m the average American reader, however. In 2013, the average (mean) American read 12 books, with the median being 5 books.
I’m at 41 right now. So suck it, average American.
